Hangzhou Zengtong is situated by the shore of the scenic West Lake, very easy to access. Its two production bases are both located in the government planned parks: one is Sandun production base standing in Zhejiang University Zijingang Campus and the left side of Xihu Science & Technology Park in Xihu District, Hangzhou City, covering a ground area of 8.5 mu and having standard workshop area of 8,500sq. m., equipped with independent 500KV transformer; its another production base is in Cangqian Industrial Park in the extension section of East-West Throughway Wenyixi Road in Hangzhou, covering a ground area of 22.5 mu and having standard workshop area of 13,000 sq. m, equipped with traveling cranes, elevators and two independent 400KV transformers. The Cangqian base expanded construction of 6000 sq. m in five floors from the former one for production purpose for heavy industry and light industry. 
It originated from Hongyan Electrical Company on production of PVC pipes and fittings and foreign trade products. In 1998, Hangzhou Zengtong Plastics Co., Ltd. was established upon the country’s requirement for enterprise system reform. After a few years’ development, Hangzhou Zengtong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004. It is well equipped and has many competent employees. It has tens of millions of fixed assets and its annual output is approximate to one hundred million yuan. In 2000, it passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification. Its rapid development relies on its good integration of management, personnel, information and technology. In 2005, it implemented overall technical betterment and production structure adjustment with total standard workshops about 19,000 sq. m. Hangzhou Zengtong Plastics Co., Ltd.
Hangzhou Zengtong Plastics Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 with a registered capital of 3 million yuan. It is specialized in the production of PVC pipes and fittings, plastic products and metal parts for export. In 2000, it passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.
It has fine equipment and produces a wide variety of products. All injection molding devices are the domestic leading-edge ones manufactured by Hong Kong Chen Hsong Holdings Limited , ranging from 160g to 2400g, fully computer-controlled; extrusion molding equipment are 51/65/80 type advanced double-screw extrusion equipment produced by Shanghai Machinery Factory. It has a yearly capacity over 10,000t for PVC pipes and fittings and plastic products. Pipes mainly include electrical bushings, drainpipes, rain pipes, cable tubes and spiral pipes with the specification range of φ16-φ250; pipe fittings include elbows, T-joints, cross joints, cleanout openings, joints, water-sealed joints, expansion joints, pipe clamps, etc. of φ50-φ250; plastic products and metal parts for export are dominant by various instrumentation casings and thermometer castings as well as steel junction boxes for several USA firms. Its annual value of production is 80 million yuan RMB or so. It has dozens of professional managers and technical professionals. Hangzhou Zengtong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 with a registered capital of 1 million yuan RMB. It mainly produces multi-period digital timers, timing switches and household digital timers. It has its own R&D team and has established good technical exchange and cooperation with quite a few electronic institutes. Relying on its own capability on production of plastic products and combing its R&D, it has developed proprietary electronic products like 42E01 three-lamp timer, 42E20 five-lamp timer, which have passed America UL certification. Its successfully developed “digital electronic timer” integrates timing, time integration and clock function will promote the development of a series of timer products.
Our electronic products are mainly exported to those developed countries and regions like USA and Europe countries.
